I am a mother, a wife, a Professional Business and Life Coach and the most grateful person that you ever did meet.
I am intuitive, charismatic, caring, and really really good. There, I’ve said it. Why? Because through my own self-discovery work, I’ve found that I was doing myself and those around me a disservice by being and thinking small. So I don’t do that anymore. And my hope is that we can find the same for you.
Here was my personal shift. I was in advertising for some years and learned intrinsically what it feels like to be in a place where you know you should feel accomplishment and satisfaction and yet not. At all. It took the passing of my mother to get me “unstuck”. After she left, I really heard her lifelong mantra for the first time: Don’t Postpone Joy.
I started to look for something meaningful professionally (let’s face it…it’s a short life) and came up with precious little. Then, from the spirit of not postponing joy, I checked in with what had lit me up in my career to that point. I came up with relationship development, program facilitation and making a difference in people’s lives. And thus, the Board of Your LifeTM program was born.
Realizing that the clients who were glorious enough to go into the program with me deserved the best, I trained as a Life Coach with CTI (The Coaches Institute®) and launched a complementary one-on-one coaching practice. And as I continue to look for ways to engage and inspire people, I’ve developed a suite of targeted coaching workshops for team leaders and individuals, and am working with fantastic partners on innovative programs such as Coach Buffet.
My goals are to heal the wounds that hold people back, to inspire greatness in those who want to achieve it and to encourage the world to embrace joy.
