When you put a niche or specialty on your web site do you truly know your clients – what they like, what is important to them, what issues they are facing? Have you changed how you deliver your services – your pricing – your office – anything to make these clients feel a stronger connection with you?
I know what you are thinking and I agree – doing these things takes time and money. But what are some of the benefits? According to this article, by focusing on their clients (and not on those who do not fit their definition) Subaru is the fastest growing car company in the last 2 years. And they have the lowest incentive cost per car than any other major car company.
Subaru spends close to 50% less on advertising than VW, which is a similar size (although not growing as fast). It seems like it is worth the time and effort to me. What do you think?
