Do You Need Help Keeping Your Staff Productive?

Busy season is no time to be worrying about your staff’s productivity. You need to know that every member of the team is working at peak capacity and productivity. Making that happen depends on you to some extent.

You set the tone for the office. A time when you are feeling grumpy or overwhelmed is not the best time to try to give your team a pep talk.

It is important to remember that little things make a big difference during the busy season. Not only can you set the emotional tone, you can also keep people happy and productive. The basics include

  • Being nice
  • Being flexible with time
  • Being appreciative
  • Being supportive

Productivity_Exit_iStock_000011389892XSmall_ResizedIf you really want to keep your staff productive, use a little bit more imagination. Two things you might consider are:

  1. Bring in someone to do chair massages
  2. Instead of the usual pizza or burgers, bring in a nicer dinner occasionally
