Joseph inspires people. Folks catch his enthusiasm, love his zest for life and grow from his Acceptance and encouragement. He has experienced many an adventure, including near bankruptcy, enjoying ballroom dancing, buying and selling companies, running his first marathon at age 47, authoring a book, earning a patent, being paralyzed from the chin down with GBS, riding his motorcycle across the continent, becoming a grandfather and being the first person to be Certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach, CPCC, in the Province of Nova Scotia.
 
He believes that the mind tells the body what to do, but that the mind is informed by Spirit, heart and ego, so the advice provided can be conflicting. It takes a certain degree of stillness to 'hear' what is really true and it takes a certain degree of self discipline to 'act' on what we hear as true. Joseph's careers include time as a Naval Officer, 15 years as a business Leader and entreprenuer and now as a Certified Professional business coach. In all of these he has gravitated to Leadership roles and as Leader he has come to appreciate the uniqueness and value of the individual people in organizations. It is the people that make the difference, positive or negative and it is the Leader(s) who either bloom or stifle the people.
 
Joseph's book, Personal Fulfillment is Success (available on-line at Amazon and Chapters) is a compilation of a life of observing to discover what works and how to use what works more deliberately in every day. By reflecting on what has worked for us so far we can surface candidates for our own natural way to gain success. When we act in our own natural way we are powerful beyond any actions that we might simply copy from others.
 
Joseph works primarily with business Leaders and has enjoyed coaching clients from all over North America and even Europe. His concentration on the business Leader stems from his years of personal experience in that role. He loves the saying "nobody gets to be rong" and models that in his group facilitation and one with one coaching. Joseph is the Distributor of HWL Innovations Business Advisory Solutions in Alberta and British Columbia, a suite of support tools devised specifically for Accounting Firms based on a four quadrant model one quadrant of which is  coaching.
