In these trying times, it can be truly difficult to stay positive. Smiling and feeling happy may not come as easily as they once did. So get happy. It’s not so hard to do. Why not take a few minutes out of today’s busy schedule to simply chat with a friend, colleague or client? Try taking an invigorating walk during your lunch hour. Listen to your favorite music. Pet a dog.
