Beth knows what it’s like to take it all on, and learned the importance of balance at an early age. Her mother’s death from cancer; and her husband’s heart attack at 35 gave Beth the passion for living each day to it’s fullest.
 
As a successful Realtor, Beth juggled her career with being a wife, a Mom to her two daughters, community service, and an active social life. She learned the importance of setting goals and priorities and she knows first hand the struggle to maintain your sanity through it all!
 
Beth now combines her passion for food, wine and good living with her coaching practice by helping her clients re-discover their passions and live with more balance and joy. She believes life is like a good wine, it is meant to be full and complex. You just have slow down and savour it.
